Small striped rectangular journal
with decorative Japanese Yuzen paper
The covers of this 5" w. x 7" h. blank journal are a gorgeous decorative Japanese Yuzen striped paper, featuring greens, blue, pink and yellow. The exposed stitching on the spine is in a matching burgundy waxed linen thread.
The pages are made from a smooth Magnani Velata middleweight, 100% acid free paper and the coptic stitch (knotted, open-spine) allows the book to lie flat when open. The paper has a great weight for lots of writing and the spine stitching is quite strong.
The sturdy binding is designed to be used and will hold up to a great deal of wear and tear. Made with 100% acid-free archival materials.
