Small rectangular journal
with advertisements from 1920s dental journals
The cover of this handbound 5" w. x 7" h. blank book features an original advertisement for Ames Crown and Bridge Cement from a 1920s orthodontic journal called The Dental Cosmos.
The pages are made from a Fabriano Tiziano pastel weight, 100% acid free paper and the book is bound with waxed black linen thread in a coptic stitch (knotted, open-spine) that allows the book to lie flat when open. The paper has a great weight for lots of writing and the spine stitching will hold up to plenty of use.
This journal is designed to last. 100% acid-free, archival materials.
