Brand new chiyogami love letterpress cards
I’ve been putting together some fun new cards that would make great Valentines for anyone you love…or even just like an awful lot! They’re available in the shop in sets of 2 (one “xoxoxo” and one “i love you.”!) and as single cards on Etsy now – enjoy!

New cards & lined envelopes all lined up / Pink cherry blossom card peeking out / Set of two red, gold, and black Crane cards
Each bright white, 100% cotton, letterpress printed card reads either “i love you.” or “xoxoxo” in charcoal ink across the front, under a blind debossed (letterpress impression, but with no ink!) square in to which a square of patterned Japanese silkscreened paper (aka chiyogami or yuzen) is tipped in. The cards are paired with bright red square envelopes that are lined with the same Japanese paper. Does that sound like an awfully long description? I like to think it’s because they’re awfully fancy and very fun and deserve a few more words than the average card!
This week, I’m working on a few custom books that I should have ready to share soon and I’m putting together a few posts about the process behind some of my work that I hope you’ll enjoy!
